A: With all the information on the web, I’ve really seen a ton of misinformation out there that unfortunately buyers and sellers are being exposed to. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I helped my parents purchase their first home and fell in love with real estate! Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: We have a notorious snack thief. If you don't hide extra snacks, they will clear you out! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My favorite moment has been helping family friends sell their home and move to the Philippines. A: "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The growth in Upstate South Carolina has been unreal. With the increase in national recognition and new businesses the population is growing quickly as well as the housing market. New development is popping up everywhere and resale properties are in short supply. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of real estate for me is handling the emotion. Never get too high, and never get too low.
