Experience: 15 years Specializations: Professional background and training in sales, marketing, communications, administrative and information technology in addition to real estate Areas Served: Middlesex County, Essex County and Suffolk County Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I was working as an Executive Administrator to 13 commercial real estate brokers and was fascinated by the CONTRACTS, vernacular and the industry. It all really appealed to me on so many levels, professionally, personally, and I thought I could have a successful and lucrative career in this ever-changing industry. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: Having multiple parties want to make offers on the property. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Well, when I was working in Marketing and Administration at one of my former firms, I was awarded the President’s Premier Service citation for Outstanding Performance by the President of Carlson/GMAC. At that time there were hundreds of employees and that was out of 45 fully staffed offices. That would be my proudest moment in my former career as a support staff member. More recently in my sales career – every day is an opportunity for me to be more proud and inspired as my industry is ever-changing, so I continue my education and learn new things every day that I implement into my business for my clients’ benefits. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I can’t say anything for sure because I have no regrets. I LOVE my industry and all the challenges I am presented with. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Predicting someone’s motivation, as it varies client to client. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Entrepreneur, Driven, Competitive, Successful, Fortunate.
