A: The opportunity to help people realize their dreams. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I met a young lady who I represented on the buy side of her first home that is the daughter of a high school classmate and had not heard from in almost 40 years. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I walked into a listing appointment and was told they already picked another realtor. When I left that meeting the listing was mine. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How much I would enjoy the business and why I didn't start me career earlier. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Markets have shifted from sellers to buyers. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Getting in front of the right people. With so many realtors attempting to serve this area it is often difficult for buyers and sellers to connect with savvy realtors.
