I love travelling around the City where I grew up (LA) and experiencing it in person. Real estate is special, it is empowering and can change lives. I like being a part of that change every day. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: A squatter came back and didn't want to leave! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: It is really fun to help young families buy their first home and have them associate you with such a great time in their life. It is also gratifying to help people suffering through hardship avoid foreclosure or get out of a distressed situation. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How to organize and spend my time to more efficiently build my business. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Dealing with insincere people, either as clients or other agents.
