A: About so many loan programs there are available for 1st time home buyer programs as well as programs for Seniors to transition. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I've seen it change from an abundance of foreclosure and short sale market to a seller's market. Currently, I've see the current market more fragmented where some areas have peaked but remained stable. Other areas have incrementally declined. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: My clients are all different and understanding their situation, helps me over come their challenges working with the right lender.
