Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I have several instances that stand out, and it always begins with my client crying tears of joy. It’s a great feeling to know that I helped them achieve their dream.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How difficult it is in real estate.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I see a lot more technology involved today. I do more virtual tours, and I have clients that purchase home based on these virtual tours.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Calming the fears of buyers and sellers. Buying and selling property is one of the major decisions that one makes in life.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Overcoming obstacles to achieve dreams.
