A:   I sold it!

A:  I enjoy gifting my client that just purchased their next home a house warming!

A:   That as soon as you know all the paperwork, the state will change it.

A:   In my years, I have seen high interest rates to a crashing market …I have seen and experienced it all.

A:  Waiting on others to do what they said they would.
