A: Started purchasing investment properties when I was in my early 20's, saw the potential for financial security while assisting others to obtain the same. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: My first listing; I sold it at my first open house with multiple offers. I represented both sides of the transaction. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Helping a young couple purchase their first home which happened to be a bank repo. No other agent would assist them due to the low price of the listing. They have been a client since and have referred others to me. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: That it is a very difficult business to get established in and to maintain a steady income from. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: So much automation of listings and information, that many agents will not take the time to be personal with clients and provide consulting which is so important to assure that a person is not purchasing the wrong house for them. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Continuing to maintain a steady flow of listings which provide a better utilization of ones’ time and provides prospective clients properly priced and prepared homes for sale.
