A: My relatives were looking for a low priced home in NC and no realtor wanted to be bothered. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: Two potential buyers came to look at the home separately as they had lost contact 8 years before. They got married two months later and she joined the contract on the home that was an open house. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: A 60 year old lady that had never bought a house before did not have enough financially to close. I gave up most of my commission, as did the loan officer, and we were able to restructure the contract for this super nice lady to close. All her grandchildren lived with her and seeing their faces light up made it more than worthwhile. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I knew everything then that I know now about real estate. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: It is much more of a tech world in real estate. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Making sure I've done an outstanding job so that my clients are beaming at closing! Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Caring, knowledgeable, guide, professional, understanding.
