Experience: 28 years Specializations: Residential real estate Areas Served: Licensed in Pennsylvania & Delaware Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: My father was a builder/developer. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: The Visitor/buyer bought the home. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I have several but one that I will always remember is when a client was becoming a US Citizen. The loan officer & myself attended the Citizenship ceremony with him. It was very rewarding to witness and he was very happy to have us there with him. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: It takes time to establish relationships. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Technology and the Internet have assisted in getting things done very quickly. When I first started, there was a book of listings and a message pad for messages. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part would be to make sure that my client understands that there is a process to be followed while purchasing a home. No New Debt accounts are allowed while going through the mortgage approval process. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: I love helping people!
