A: A neighbor visited my open house, and he liked my way of staging a home to sell and my work ethic so much that decided to list his house with me. A: That buyers are not always loyal and that selling a home as is may be risky sometimes. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I experienced the market recession, and the highs and the lows of the real estate industry. Clients are now more savvy due to their online research.
