Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I always enjoy talking to neighbors and learning more about the neighborhood, when they stop by. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Helping an owner sell, or a buyer buy a property when their previous attempt was not successful. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I was an investor before I was a Realtor, and there were no big surprises after I earned my license. The market 'crashed' after my first 6 months, and I expanded my business to include property management and I 'weathered the storm.'.
