Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I am a people person. Like helping to make a difference.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: Sold a house within 3 hours at a first open house
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: I helped a single mother with 7 kids who just wanted to have her own house. Which wasn’t easy with her income but the mortgage broker and I made it happen. She found a cute house and enough room for everyone to be in it.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: It's not easy.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: Many agents don’t abide by the rules. Certain areas in NY are the Wild Wild West.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Most people don’t respect our time and effort that we put in to do our research, set up showings ,get info etc to make their transition just because they are not paying for our services from the beginning.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Professional, compassionate, care and a team player.
