A: I am very good with negotiations and love working with people. I am very much outgoing. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I got multiple offers at the first open house and all the buyers stayed for hours until we finally accept one of them and ended up having 4 backup offers. Sold way over asking price. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I really loved when one couple called me after 8 months. They saw me in one of my open houses and told me they were not ready at that time to buy, but were ready now and would love to work with me and represent them on their purchase. I didn't even show them anything; they found it themselves and I just went to close the deal for them. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I’d known to start it sooner. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: When I see agents don’t respect each other like before Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
