A: Real Estate Itself. Putting transactions together. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: Yeah, right, I remember my first one. So excited. I arrived early and there was a client already waiting to see it and my frigging SupraKey was not working (my bad), so I just showed the outside of the house and the driveway. You can only try, OK ? Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Getting a deal done (after four months of fighting) for a Ukrainian national so he and his family could live his American Dream Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Well, honestly, I wondered if there was a question that I had failed in the exam. I finished in 1hr 30 min of the almost 4 hrs given. When I raised my hand the instructor thought I needed a bathroom break to which I said "No, Thank You, but was wondering if you knew of a nice broker in town?" LOL Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Internet. Customers are much better informed.
