A: The emergence of the Internet, social media, virtual tours, and real time inventory. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Lack of inventory. I am in a second home market, so it is a luxury to purchase a property and not a necessity, so it is challenging as people are not usually in any rush. Our prices continue to increase so many people end up getting priced out of the market by waiting. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
