Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: My father was a real estate developer and my mother was an interior designer. I managed my father's real estate portfolio when he died to help my mother. After 12 years I decided to get my license to do residential sales in 2006.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: A Baltimore Raven and a famous Baltimore Michelin Star chef/restaurant owner came in and hung out chatting with me for nearly 30 minutes- I didn't want any other buyers to visit until they left!
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: I wish I had known to join a team and read Gary Keller's The Millionaire Real Estate Agent. I would have looked at this career as a business a decade earlier than I did!
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: Teams have evolved and tech integration has become a huge part of this business which is constantly changing now
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Finding talent, recruiting hungry, humble and smart agents!
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: A fulfilling, unlimited growth opportunity
