A: Having been a seller on the other side on our first year, I have experienced the frustration of lack of action or communication of the agents. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I had a client who was barely going to clear enough to pay off the loan. We managed to get a offer that paid off her loan and also gave her a cushion after the sale. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Save for a rainy day. The various levels of communication from texting, email, video- wow how it has changed Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The hours we put in, the miles we put on our cars, along with dealing with part time agents who do not do this full time.
