A: My passion to help people Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: A squirrel decided to preview the house. Try getting a frightened squirrel back outside. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I love my closings and the hugs after but one of the proudest moments was being nominated President of the local Association of Realtors! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How much I was going to love the business. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I have to say in what ways haven’t I seen the industry change. We went from no doc loans to foreclosures to a market that’s trying to stay balanced. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Taking everything on with a client as if it were my own…couple sleepless nights over the years. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
