Experience: 13 years Specializations: II’m licensed for real estate and mortgage financing. I have closed several commercial deals, but my main focus is representing buyers and sellers, along with obtaining financing for all my clients. Areas Served: Rancho Cucamonga, LA county, Orange County and San Bernardino County. Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I started originally in 2004, only to help my mother get a home. Real estate is no different than customer service, therefore I started full time in 2005. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I sold a home in Big Bear, and had to stay indoors for some time due to a bear being outside, going through the trash cans. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: This feeling happens often. I love to work with buyers that want to reach the American dream. I feel proud when I help someone that was advised by other brokers that they were not able to buy a home, and I make it happen. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: That the real estate market eventually goes down. I started full time in 2005, and in 2008 the market crashed. Even though I still had buyers lined up, we weren’t able to get financing in place due to all the banks imploding at that time. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: In many ways. There are more real estate agents, and more technology is involved. I love the fact that is stricter in every way. I thinks it’s easier to advertise, but clientele you still have to work for. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Helping individuals that are just starting, with limited financing, income and/or FICO in place. They normally want something they can’t afford and I have to educate them on baby steps. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: I love what I do, and I’m pretty good at it. I think that’s more than five words.
