Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I was an accountant and property manager for a firm, then I started real estate and I fell in love with it.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: I handed out halloween trick-or-treat bags to my clients.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: I got married at my firm on valentines day. Also that every client I have worked with has became an extension of my family and we have been invited to events at their houses now.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: How to be the broker I am today and how to negotiate deals the way I do now.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: The market has become a real sellers’ market. When I started, it was a buyers market RIght now there are not enough homes on the market for all the buyers.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Helping manage client expectations.

A: Helping Making people smile.
