Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: Wanted to bring my investment expertise to help others.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: My favorite moment is when I went to visit my clients after they had moved into their new home. Their 5 year old daughter went to her room and took a gold-colored rock from her collection to give to me. She was so happy with her new home that she wanted to give me a gift; so she chose the gold-colored rock because it matched my last name.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: I wish I had told more people that I was a licensed agent.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: The industry has drastically changed in the last few months. Transactions are becoming more virtual and home sales are happening more and more via the use of technologies such as video conferencing, virtual tours, etc.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: The most challenging part is guiding the clients to make the right decision even though it might be the most difficult decision they will make. Home buying and selling can be very emotional and sometimes people lose sight of their true needs and goals. It is crucial to educate them so they understand how to make the right decisions.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Helping dreams come true.
