A: I became interested in real estate for more than one reason: I wanted to do something as a career that would involve me helping people in a big way, I'm a people person, I'm very involved with my family and this as a career allows me to see them a lot, and eventually my dad and I want to start our own real estate company in our hometown Carpinteria. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: The most interesting thing that happened during an open house I hosted was when a lady stopped by and she and I discussed the home, followed by me giving her a tour. She ended up putting in an offer a couple days later. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I'm constantly inspired when I go to work, I can't pinpoint one moment, I'm always meeting new great people and I'm always learning something new every day on the job. I truly enjoy going to work for those reasons. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I would have learned the many realtors’ names in Santa Barbara County before becoming a realtor myself. I meet someone new every day and it just would have helped. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of my job is keeping up to date with the real estate news. Something is always changing. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Trustworthy, communicator, honest, caring, determined.
