Experience: 12 years Specializations: Luxury homes, oceanfront properties, waterfront properties, new construction Areas Served: Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I've always been passionate about real estate, but honestly, it's something that impacts everyone, and I want to be a part of that impactful process in people's lives. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: A lady came in to take a look at the home. She was not very well groomed and was stopping by to visit her friend next door but saw the open house sign and decided to stop in. As I try to treat everyone equally, I showed her the home and upon leaving she picked up my business card and said that she would be giving me a call. I figured I'd never hear from her again, thanked her for stopping by and that was it. About 2 weeks later, I received a call from her, and she asked me if I would meet her at her home when I had availability. When we met, she said that she was so impressed on how I treated her, especially since she wasn't too presentable that day, and asked me to list her pig farms which were valued at several million dollars. I was totally taken aback. The moral of this story is to never judge a book by its cover. This lady was a multimillionaire but was dressed as if she had nothing! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Being honored with the "President's Award" in 2008. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: That buyers are liars and sellers are, too. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Always being one step ahead of the competition.
