Experience: 1 year as an agent. 16 years of personal real estate investment experience. Specializations: Rental and investment properties, commercial, residential. Areas Served: Southeastern Wyoming. Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: It's in my blood. My father, mother, sister, and wife have all been agents at one point or another. My father taught real estate for 35 years. Prior to becoming an agent, I spent a number of years as an investment advisor. In advising clients I realized many of these wealthy people had one thing in common: significant investments in real estate. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: Someone asked me to give him the earnest money funds for a house. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My proudest moments are helping first time buyers purchase their first home. The pride the day they close is a once in a lifetime moment for them. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How beneficial it is to team up with someone like Coldwell Banker. Their resources are second to none, with a well deserved reputation to match. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Buyers are coming prepared with a better idea of what they want. Oftentimes by the time they meet with an agent, they have narrowed their focus to just a few homes. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Coordinating repairs after a big hailstorm. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Never a dull moment.
