I was doing vocational rehabilitation and real estate investing. Then, in 2004 I became a licensed Realtor and have been a top producing agent since. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: The most interesting thing that has happened to me during an open house is when I saw a couple walk into the house and their faces and smiles light up so much. Then they said “this is it, this is our home.” We wrote up the offer and it was accepted. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My most proud moment in my career is when I helped place a homeless family into a home that was purchased by a family member. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: Not much, I knew what to expect and I gave it 100% and I continue to do well. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I started real estate at the tail end of a normal sales cycle, then it spiraled down to foreclosures and short sales and now back to normal sales. I have done well in every market. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of my job is making sure that my clients are with a reputable mortgage lender that will make the Real Estate process a smooth transaction. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Professional, experience, hard-working, ethical.
