Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I was convinced I would build wealth buying real estate with market expertise and the eyes of a professional. So I got a license to learn about it and acquired property for myself. Now I continue helping my clients to achieve the American dream or build their portfolio.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: My colleague met her future husband!
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: Helping my repetitive VA client getting the home of his dreams with no money out of his pocket. Getting a kiss and a hug with “I love you “ at the closing table from his 3-year-old granddaughter. It made me feel that I made a huge impact in their lives. That was very special
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: If you think you can, you are right; if you think you can’t, you are right, too.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: It’s a lot more dynamic, transparent, and more international. All sorts of data is available in seconds to almost anyone in every part of the world. Customers have no problem with finding information. They need a trusted real estate professional to analyze stats and help with the best decision possible.
Buyers reach out from Europe, Russia, Japan, Canada etc. using social media. Everyone is so connected now. It did not feel that way when I started my career.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Getting my phone and mind disconnected.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Helping customers building wealth.
