Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I wanted a flexible schedule

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A:   A visitor forgot their shoes, and never came back!

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A:  Real Estate is a tough job; there have to be recurring favorite moments. When I hand the keys to a Homebuyer and see their excitement of having achieved their dream, I feel so grateful to have played a small part of that goal. It inspires me to work harder.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A:   Not to count your chicks before they hatch!

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Access to the internet has changed the way Sellers and Buyer get their information on Real Estate. Our clients are more informed on activity in the market place, interest rates, etc. We have so much access now that property can be purchased online (COVID  19) with videos, pictures, and floorplans available. In the early 1990s, real estate listings cane in a book similar to a phone book, agents picked up the latest edition every two weeks.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A:  I am trying to schedule a day off regularly. Real Estate is a seven day a week job. While others are off, you are working. Planning a day apart can be difficult.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A:  Real estate visions to reality!
