A: After buying and selling several properties as an investor, I knew I could help others do the same! Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I once closed an open house when a visitor asked to see other homes in the neighborhood because the open house just wasn't quite right for him. We looked at another home a block away and closed the purchase shortly thereafter! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? I recently helped a client buy a vacant property so she could help her daughter build a new home! She had attempted to buy this lot but wasn't having any luck with the seller. I was able to put it together for them both. A year later the home is done and the daughter wants to sell her old home. This client knows a dozen Realtors, but came back to me asking me to help her daughter with her old home because "you are the very best Realtor I know!" Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: That sometimes I may have to work with a buyer for years to find the perfect home at the perfect price! Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Being available to my clients 15 hours a day, 7 days a week! Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Helping people fulfill their dreams!
