Experience: 13 years Specializations: Buyers and Sellers Areas Served: Inland empire Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: My parents lost a property due a lack of professionalism from the agent they had and lost all of their life savings. I knew that I could help our community and avoid anyone else having to go through those types of heartbreaking situations. And of course enjoy quality time with my family as I moved on in building my business. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: Having potential buyers waiting in line, all with documents on hand to make an offer, and being able to help our seller net more than what the other agents in the area had quoted him. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: There are several… from seeing first-time home buyers receiving the keys and me witnessing their entire family’s tears of joy, celebrating something they did not see it was even possible for them, to a seller that wasn’t sure she could sell her house but needed to do so, to close a chapter in her life since her husband has passed away. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: The strategies and knowledge that I have accumulated throughout the years would’ve been helpful, but then again I am grateful for my learning process. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: I witnessed the crash in 2007 and along the way gained understanding of different types of markets, sellers, buyers, investing, short sales, reo, etc… Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Since challenges are part of growth, there is no challenge that I can't overcome in my business so far, I have been blessed to have great mentors. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Knowledgeable, experienced, leader, negotiator and blessed.
