Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I'm a 3rd generation REALTOR!
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: My seller had a Husky who did not like to live in the house, and he greeted every guest at their car when they pulled in. He looks very intimidating, but he really just wanted all the pets he could get!
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: Helping a first-time buyer purchase his grandmother's house, in the family since the 1940s. It was a win for the whole family.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: How much fun I would be having!
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: Being that I began my real estate career in the middle of a pandemic, I am most surprised by the lack of inventory available.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Writing offers to compete against other buyers who are willing to pay tens of thousands of dollars above asking price!
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Helping people live happy!
