Q: What made you become interested in real estate?
A: I have always been interested in the real estate market. I finally had a chance to take the course during this "Great Pause" provided by COVID-related shutdowns.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?
A: There was a raccoon running around the house. It entered through the fireplace and decided my listing was its forever home!
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: I wrote a letter on behalf of a client, who is an essential worker. She kept her store open during the start of the shut down in March, 2020. She wanted her staff to stay safe so she let them stay home. She worked 32 straight hours to make sure her neighborhood patrons were able to get the supplies they needed. I wrote a letter to her company's corporate office to let them know what a wonderful, dedicated employee she is.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: I am still learning. I am convinced there are always new information and skills to learn.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
A: Knowing how frequently and what form of contact is best for each potential client.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?
A: Gratifying, exciting, stimulating, interesting and fun.
