Experience: 13 years Specializations: Probate and trust sales, income producing properties, short sale and foreclosure listings. Areas Served: San Fernando Valley and Foothills and surrounding cities Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I fell in love with real estate when I was 13 years old. I have seen a personal connection to real estate. My dad managed/owned several commercial buildings and rental properties. My life's passion is to help people accomplish far more than they ever thought was possible. I love real estate and helping people achieve their home ownership dreams. I receive genuine satisfaction from helping clients find the perfect home or sell their property at a great price. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: The house was staged. A couple walked in with their 3-year-old son. He looked very tired, so while his parents were looking around the house, he scooted into the bedroom and closed the door. He actually fell asleep in the bed. He was so adorable. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: To be able to give back to the community, to families-in-need. To live life as a contribution. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How to find the best and reliable "sponsoring broker." Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The industry has grown up so much in the last 15 years: technology has evolved, competition has grown tremendously, there’s easier access to financing, and consumer behavior have shifted. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: We face constant struggles being in this industry: Competition, discount brokers, time away from family, high expectations.
