Experience: 3 years Specializations: First Time Home Buyers Areas Served: SE Wyoming Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: My Broker inspired me. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: Showing everyone the herd of antelope and babies walking through the backyard. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I met with a client who had been working with a Lender on Buying the home they currently lived in. The Seller was willing to let the home go into foreclosure, so the time crunch was on. After working with the Lender for 2 months, we met up. I talked and walked them through the process, and started to find discrepancies with normal business policies. The Lender required them to pay out of pocket for a rushed appraisal that still took 20 days. After lots of tension and conflict, I was able to get them set up with a Local Lender. This Lender got us closed in 7 days, with NO money needed from either parties, and with lower rates. I was very proud to be able to turn it all around. We even got them the money back from the Lender! Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: It is HARD but rewarding. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Prices are continuing to go up and there are more agents everyday. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Selfish people. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Agents delegate and resolve issues.
