A: I started at a time when it was more of a seller's market and then the market seemed to become more of a buyer's market. However, buyers were not fully active until the beginning of this year. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The need for constant marketing and follow up. There is a lot of work behind the scenes that people not in the real estate business are aware of.
