Experience: 16 years Specializations: Residential, Investment property and REO Areas Served: Entire west side of Los Angeles Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I started in loans and transitioned to real estate sales since I preferred working face to face with clients. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I had Ellen DeGeneres walk in! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My proudest moment was when I helped a struggling family through one of the toughest times in their life. They had to short sale their home due to financial hardship. I was able to get them relocation fees from the bank, found them a replacement home (very difficult task with bad credit) and played an important part in rebuilding their lives and moving on as a family. Because of my vast experience with foreclosures and short sales, I had the honor of helping many families through some of their most challenging times and this makes me very proud. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I had training on how to run a business early on. I didn’t realize I was CEO, marketing department, administration, CFO, COO... Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Sticking to my schedule and remembering to take a day off once in a while. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Being the ultimate connector.
