A: I have been a customer and want to give unmatched service that I would like to have had as a customer! Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I've met and been able to connect with neighbors and learned more about the neighborhood as a friend vs an agent. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My first closing was for a first time home buyer and his family. Seeing the anxiety and fear of the closing process initially that was transformed into total glee and happiness once they received their keys. It was an amazing and fulfilling feeling for me to help that family. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: That patience is a virtue and just enjoy the learning process. Don't purchase leads, just work your sphere of influence and talk to people. Listen to the needs of people and help them accomplish their goals. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The industry has changed with the advent of discount brokerages and the online brokerages. Also the information is readily available online for both buyers and sellers but that information may not be accurate which is why a Realtor is still needed and offers value. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Overcoming the negative connotations based on the adverse actions of poor agents. Also overcoming the perception of the discount brokers that offer less service. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Rewarding, satisfying, gratifying, prestigious and loyal.
