Experience: 8 years Specializations: Selling, buying, working with investors Areas Served: Los Angeles, California & Baton Rouge, Louisiana Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I have family members who are investors and full-time flippers. Also friends telling me: "Help me please, sell my house fast!". Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: A buyer came with his dog to the open house, and his dog bit one of the other buyers looking at the home. I had to rush the person that had gotten bitten to the hospital. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Managing a multi-million dollar commercial building in London and general manager of a commercial building in New Orleans. Working with Josh Flagg from Million Dollar Listing L.A and having a quick glimpse of fame on the show. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I’d known about more books to read about the industry, as well as business social media accounts. Nowadays you can find everywhere articles and posts about tips for selling your home, but back then there was nothing like these. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Basically, competition has increased dramatically due to real estate reality shows. Also, social media is a huge marketing leverage now. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Keeping calm and trying to take time out for myself without working all the time. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Determination, Courage, Consistency, Repetition, Belief.
