Experience: 3 years Specializations: Investment properties, fixer uppers, and new construction Areas Served: Denver area, foothills, and the front range Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: Real estate is something I've wanted to do since I was probably a teen, and I went to school for marketing and ended up in property management. I've always wanted to be self employed and have a business of my own, so I became fully committed to the challenge of making it in the challenging world of real estate and entrepreneurship. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I hosted an open house at a super nice listing of mine that my client had remodeled. The furnace had gone out, so it was probably 40 degrees in there, and none of the electrical outlets worked when I went to plug in my laptop and speakers, so it was a very cold and silent open house. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How to do everything real estate oriented of course! Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Millennials are now becoming very successful at real estate due to our ability to adapt and our knowledge of tech. Q: What's the most challenging part of your job? A: Self motivating! It really take a lot some days! Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Thinks-outside-the-box!
