A: I have met sports celebrities, movie stars, newscasters. I also had a buyer fall into the bay at one of my open houses! Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: losing escrow and presenting the keys to first time buyers. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: To prospect to your SOI and their referrals. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The amount of disclosures, contracts, increased liability, financing issues/requirements.
