Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I have been investing in Real Estate for many years and felt I could help others find their dream home.
Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: A long lost friend wandered in and ended up buying the house.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I was able to find a home for a couple that have been unable to buy a home in the past. The husband was a disabled veteran and had a tough time in the past dealing with PTSD. I set them up with a lender that understood their situation, located a home they could afford and helped them through the process. They are now the happy owners of a fantastic home in a great neighborhood and are living the dream with their children.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: If I'd know how much satisfaction I could get, I would have done it years before.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Obviously, Covid 19 has changed the way we conduct our business. From Zoom meetings that used to take place in person and safe distancing to remote or virtual tours, the industry has really adapted well to the crisis. I think there is a better sense of service with good agents really caring about their clients.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Finding the right homes for my clients. With inventories so low, it takes a lot of patience on everyone's part.
Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Service, honesty, loyalty and honor.
