Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: During an open house, I met someone who helps people rent to own.
Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My proudest moment was helping a young lady who was thrown out of her house by her husband. She called me to rent a home and I was able to help show her how she could buy. We closed in less than 60 days!
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I had known how to get leads and start quicker.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: When I first started, house prices were on the rise! I've experienced several market crashes, including the mortgage crisis in 2008.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of my job is helping people get qualified. Not many people are willing to do the work needed to be a homeowner.
