Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?
A: Outside of my very first deal 2 months in being from an expired listing and being able to represent them on both the buy side and sell side, helping a fantastic, professional couple relocate from New York to Los Angeles and building such a strong friendship with them.
Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?
A: A system that is optimized for high level of efficiency and production, while being able to enjoy time with my wife and kids.
Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?
A: Well my first year unfortunately is COVID year! So talk about a pretty drastic change in how business is being conducted now with so many safety protocols in place. Not to mention, changing the marketing message and being more sensitive to that.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?
