A: Buying our first home motivated me to help others and to provide them with outstanding service. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I ended up selling an expensive home for $725,000 to the buyers who came through the open house, and I also sold listed and sold their home for $575,000, so it was my most productive open house in my career. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My most proud moment was when I finished 5th out of 655 agents. I was working for Re/Max and there was a big award ceremony. Another proud moment was in 2010 when I left Re/Max and opened my own real estate company Dynamic Real Estate. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: That networking is everything. Also helping others without waiting to receive something in return. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The real estate industry is always evolving due to market fluctuations and the technology. When I first started, we did not have GPS, so I used an Thomas Guide Map book to find the addresses. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Working even when I am on vacation, but I love my clients, so I am happy to do it.
