Years of Experience: 5 Specializations: Buyers, sellers, relocations and investors Areas Served: Collin County, Dallas County, Denton County, Texas Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: The opportunity to help families find their dream home Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: A couple came to my open house and started drinking the sellers' alcohol that was on the kitchen counter. They just started opening bottles of wine and whiskey. They just assumed that I had bought the alcohol for the open house helped themselves. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: By far it has been helping a disabled vet in the purchase of their home. It was a multiple offer situation, my client had little to no money and paying 0%, and their offer was accepted. When I called them to let them know the good news, they screamed with joy. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: The amount of effort and the mental discipline it takes. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Staying focused on the basics remembering that this is a contact sport/business. With all the technology and endless apps, an agent can begin to drift from face to face meetings to only living in virtual worlds like Facebook. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: This is a relationship business!
