Experience: 13 years Specializations: Preparing and listing homes for sellers. First time home buyers. Areas Served: I serve the entire Bay Area, but like to focus from South San Francisco to Mountain View. Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: I saw an opportunity to bring a level of service and personalization to the industry while not limiting my potential for growth, both personally and professionally. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I put on an impromptu home buying presentation to visitors of the open house. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: I had a client that moved out of the area and regretted it. They tried to sell their home with an agent that was local to where they lived, but were unsuccessful for over 60 days. They reached out to me to see if I could assist. I contacted the listing agent and she agreed to partner with me to sell the property. The property sold in just 6 days after I got involved. The clients were able to move back to an area that I serviced, and we found their dream home. Within 3 months of closing escrow, they found out they were having twins, and the move was perfect timing. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: That the market was going to crash at the same time I chose to get into the business. That I was just as good, if not better, than any other agent in the industry. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: Buyers and sellers are much more educated on the market due to the availability of information on the internet. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Finding inventory for my buying clients. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Challenging, Rewarding, Satisfying, and Exciting
