Experience: 9 years Specializations: helping families achieve their goals Areas Served: North Idaho and Eastern Washington Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: The ability to help people change their lives Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I haven't had anything too crazy happen at an open house yet. I'm sure it will Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My favorite moment has been helping a family get into their dream retirement home on a golf course; they were a blast to work with and fun to hang it with. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I knew that it takes time to learn this business, and it’s great to have a mentor or coach to help you through. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The biggest change since I started is the use of technology, from search engines to e-signatures. I was used to driving around to get all the parties to sign. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: The most challenging part of real estate is building trust. Many clients have had bad experiences with some agents, and I want to make sure and make the process as easy and fun as I can, from start to finish. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Fun, challenging, great people, interesting and satisfying.
