Experience: Two and a half years Specializations: Residential buying and selling, First-time home buyers, Investors (rentals and flips), some commercial Areas Served: Mercer County, Middlesex County, Somerset County, Monmouth County, Burlington Township, Bordentown Township Q: What made you become interested in real estate? A: It started when I was young. Everytime I my parents and I went to a grocery before walking out I always used to grab a "Home and Land" magazine. I would literally open it and compare prices from area to area. Then when my dad wanted to purchase his first home around 2005 I was highly involved even though I was still so young. Fast forward to 2015 I was working at Home Depot in primarily the paint department. I noticed most people were buying paint either to prep to sell their home or to change the color of the home because they recently bought it. I put my two weeks' notice in and got my real estate license. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My favorite moment so far in my career was helping a family sell their home and then move them into a bigger home. It sounds easy but was one of the most difficult transaction because we had to make sure both homes closed on the same day so no one would be left with nowhere to go. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: More utilization of technology, as in more apps that help the industry. Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Having time for yourself and knowing when to stop working before you get burnt out. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: AWESOME
