I also love to work with sellers and help them transition from their first home to the next one. Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I had a very well attended Open House and had two buyers who wanted to submit an offer that day. Only one qualified and the offer was submitted that evening. Unfortunately, her offer wasn't the highest and best to win the bid. We carried on and found her another house within two weeks, she was under contract and moved in. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: My career is still new but just passing the exam was awesome! I've been able to meet and work with amazing people in this business. I love the people who sell Real Estate. They are wonderfully supportive in my office. Any time I need help, someone is available with good solid advice on how handle anything. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: How long it would take to make a living wage. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The forms constantly change. There's always something new to learn. I love to learn and this is a perfect career to keep me on my toes! Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job? A: Finding quality leads that result in a paycheck. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: Marathon - not a sprint.
