A: I always had an affinity for real estate. It’s a basic human right (shelter). Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted? A: I was invited to a wedding. Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far? A: Teaching my children the importance and value of real estate as I show and prove to them through my ways and actions of owning the #1 real estate company in the Pacific Northwest. Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license? A: I wish I would have started sooner. Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started? A: The tech boom has made real estate more competitive than ever before. Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say? A: "Under all is the land." Upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership depend the survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization. I recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. They require the creation of adequate housing, the building of functioning cities, the development of productive industries and farms, and the preservation of a healthful environment.
